[XeTeX] bold small caps, but no regular small caps

Dear Mike,

 	I've just tested your temp.tex with TeXLive in Ubuntu version 12.4 
and it works perfectly.  I think it's the 2009-15 version of TeXLive. 
I've attached the temp.pdf file that it produced.
