[XeTeX] generating a booklet pdf a4 to a5 in XeLaTeX

I don't see this, I see that you are using a KOMA-Script option when loading the class:

	\documentclass[paper=a4,headsepline,titlepage,twoside,10pt,DIV=calc]{scrbook}%

(It's the "paper=a4". This belongs into \KOMAoptions{). Dito the "DIV=calc") So the twoup package is complaining about an unknown option "paper=a4". It would like to see "a4" among the global options passed to it.
