So has no one has done the mapping of:

$_SERVER["HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE"] - Web browser's preconfigured
language setting IIUC
texlive-* - Debian packaged fonts
\setmainfont{%name} -
https://github.com/kaihendry/letterly/blob/master/letter.template#L5
the name of the font exposed to xetex

I don't mind starting on it, though I need your support ideally. Like
how do I expose all the fonts on my system? `fc-list`?
http://letterly.com/font-list.txt

Does xetex simply use ttf / fontconfig? Or are there more fonts?

IIUC `fc-list :lang=kr : family` gives me the font names that cover Korean IIUC.
hendry at uk letterly.com$ fc-list :lang=kr : family
DejaVu Sans Mono
Charis SIL
DejaVu Sans,DejaVu Sans Light
DejaVu Sans
DejaVu Serif,DejaVu Serif Condensed
DejaVu Sans,DejaVu Sans Condensed
DejaVu Serif

Although Arthur earlier says that Dejavu doesn't cover Hangul. Confusing.
