[XeTeX] How to Convert Devanagari (sanskrit) text to Telugu Text

Neal,
Thanks for showing how to map the keys.
Pardon my ignorance but how would I use these two files in my TeX file to do
the conversion. Do I need to have any software other than XeTeX?
