[XeTeX] ascii to unicode map for Hebrew

Yes, they have a mapping for their legacy Hebrew fonts, but I was hoping 
to find a mapping for the ascii input used by hebtex, or arabtex.

I am not a scholar of Hebrew, so I would not be the right person to 
write such a map file.
