[XeTeX] manyfoot.sty problems after update to MacTex 2010

I'm not sure what might have changed (since I assume that your  
document used to compile on TL2009?), but try loading the etex  
package.  This may address the first error complaining about the new  
count; the subsequent errors probably follow from that one.
