[XeTeX] Problems finding/using fonts with both xdv2pdf and xdvipdfmx

Thanks!  This finally got me on the right track.  I had removed \usepackage{xltxtra} and had forgotten it was including xunicode for me, so it was no surprise \textbullet wasn't correctly defined.
