[XeTeX] microtype and SVN checkout problem

Exactly this is necessary to become able to use micro-typography with  
XeTeX as easily as with pdfTeX. The binaries in TeX Live 2010 *are*  
micro-typography enabled, i.e., they have the HZ (Hermann Zapf) code  
built-in.
