[XeTeX] TikZ and Polyglossia

I just looked at tikz files today and the solution is so simple. just put
this before \begin{document}:

 \makeatletter

\let\pgfutil at minipage\minipage

\let\pgfutil at endminipage\endminipage

\makeatother
