[XeTeX] Building xetex issues?

Just copy the new xetex binary to your tex binaries directory (probably /usr/texbin). Then you'll need to rebuild any xetex-based format files; e.g. "fmtutil --byfmt xetex" and "fmtutil --byfmt xelatex".
