[XeTeX] PDF Creator: "bidi"?

Yes, it seems that different (versions of) PDF browsers handle
the /Creator differently.
Certainly the information is put into the PDF, but it is up to
the browser whether to show it or not, in any particular View.

What did you need to do to get that "More Info:" window showing ?


Just to complicate things further, Adobe Reader and Acrobat Pro have
an "Additional Metadata" button, which displays XMP metadata.
When you have this, as in the attached image ...

Note that the  <dc:creator>  information is actually the same
as the /Author .   PDF/A validation (-1a or -1b) actually requires these
two pieces of information to be identical, else it will fail.

Thus there is no consistent notion of the "Creator" of a PDF document.
It means different things according to which type of Metadata you
are talking about.
