[XeTeX] New Experimental Version 1.0.5 of bidi package

This is the first build of the experimental v1.0.5 of bidi package.

The experimental version can be downloaded from
ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/bidi/bidi-07032010.zip

Changes:


   - The code has been reviewed and it all has been cleaned up.
   - All the reported bugs has been fixed.
   - The support for bidimodercv and its related packages are back.
   - It was said that the definitions of page style such as
   \pagestyle{fancy} or \pagestyle{heaings} should be done after loading bidi
   package. This is also fixed and you can put these definitions anywhere you
   like.


Please report bugs and look forward for v1.0.5 of bidi package.
