[XeTeX] different page breaks from the same sources

Hi there,

there are two files (the TEI P5 Guidelines) generated with XeLaTeX from
the same sources (both tex or xdv):

http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/Guidelines.pdf (PDF 1.4)
http://users.ox.ac.uk/~rahtz/Guidelines.pdf (PDF 1.5, much smaller)

One of the weird thing is that the PDF 1.5 version has slightly more
pages than the PDF 1.4 version (1424 pages instead of 1420).

Different page breaks from the same xdv source looks like a bug.

Could anyone confirm this?
