[XeTeX] Graphite support in fontspec

Back in November 2008 there was a thread that mentioned that fontspec 
does not handle Graphite support (the subject line was "Charis SIL glyph 
variants").  I tried to search to see if there was an announcement that 
Graphite support had been added to fontspec, but did not find anything.

What is the current status of this?  I could use Graphite support in 
fontspec, too.
