[XeTeX] xetex bug (unicode bidi in AAT fonts versus unicode bidi in open type fonts)

Interestingly, the bug of mirroring Persian quote happens with Persian Isiri
2901 keyboard layout in macos x 10.6.4. With "L", you get left Persian quote
and with "K", you get right Persian quote which is exactly the opposite of
what it should be.
