Hi Folks:

I upgraded my Linux OS and had to install TexLive2008 all over again. I
installed all the custom fonts in otf format to /usr/local/share/fonts. But
XeLATeX says that several of my fonts are not recognized. It recognizes
other fonts but not this particular font.

The exact error is as follows:

kpathsea: Running mktextfm OfficinaSerITC-Book
/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf/web2c/mktexnam: Could not map source
abbreviation O for OfficinaSerITC-Book.
/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf/web2c/mktexnam: Need to update
/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/fonts/map/dvips/skak/special.map?
mktextfm: Running mf-nowin -progname=mf \mode:=ljfour; mag:=1; nonstopmode;
input OfficinaSerITC-Book
This is METAFONT, Version 2.718281 (Web2C 7.5.7)
