[XeTeX] Footnote options in Xepersian

[Vafa Khalighi]

footmisc package is not compatible with footnote mechanism of bidi package.
You should write to the author of footmisc package to do this for you. I am
sorry but I can not and even do not have time to fix every single footnote
package.
