[XeTeX] fancyhdr and plyglossia

Dear Herbert Schulz,

Thank you very much for your advice, it works very well. It is just  
also necessary to enclose the words of the header into an \LR{}  
command if they are written with Latin characters, otherwise they will  
be typesetted from right to left.
