[XeTeX] PDFBookmars bar closed by default?

Well, in the manual the pdftoolbar option seems to deal with the TOOLBAR, not necessarily BOOKMARKS. Maybe section 3.5 of the hyperref manual is what you need (PDF-specific display options)?
