[XeTeX] Getting completely the wrong glyphs when using characters from Latin Extended B

I'm using  XeTeX version 3.1415926-2.2-0.9995.1 (MiKTeX 2.8), with 
fontspec 2008/08/09 v1.18 (no newer version available from miktex) with 
the OpenType version of FreeSerif (20090104 version).

I don't suppose you can confirm whether or not it breaks with the older 
version of fontspec for you?
