[XeTeX] bug with +embolden in TrueType (again)

Hi Pablo,

Sorry for the lack of response; I did see your message, but have not had a chance to track down the problem. It sounds like an issue with how xdvipdfmx keeps track of fonts.

(Of course, if anyone out there cares to investigate and come up with a patch, that would be awesome!)
