[XeTeX] font embedded twice with FakeBold

Hi Jonathan,

I'm afraid that I might have hit a bug in the following document:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\setmainfont[FakeBold=2]{Droid Sans}
\begin{document}
hi \textbf{hi}
\large{hi \textbf{hi}}
\end{document}

The font is embedded twice if different sizes are applied and FakeBold
is applied (there was a similar bug years ago, it was one of the first I
hit when I started using XeTeX for Linux).

And another issue, if I set the main font to Droid Sans Mono, FakeBold
doesn't work at all. Is there something in the font itself? A bug? A
feature? Is there a way to avoid this?

Thanks for your help,

Pablo
