[XeTeX] Dots in graphical filename create problems

Try \usepackage[multidot]{grffile} (This will probably solve the
LaTeX-part of the problem, but I don't know if xdvipdfmx can handle
the multiple dots afterwards). 

Btw: xetex/xdvipdfmx will have to convert your eps to pdf on each
compilation ("on-the-fly") with the help of ghostscript. This will
slow down the run considerably if you have a lot of graphics. It is
better to convert the eps to pdf with epstopdf.
