[XeTeX] XeTeX and microtype-package…

Hello,

this is my first posting to this list, I hope this was not asked lots  
of times before…
I use Lyx 1.6.5 with the microtype package with report (koma)-class,  
especially because I want to have the margins aligned. This does not  
work any longer since I use XeLaTeX. I have read, that this is  
incompatible.

Is there any solution to this? Are there any more information on this  
topic?
