[XeTeX] New experimental version of bidi package

*Changes:

   1. The amsmath package is not loaded any more and if you need it, then
   you will have to load it yourself. This is done to shorten the run time by
   minimising the required packages as much as possible.
   2. eqnarray environment now is working properly with or without loading
   amsmath package.
   3. You can now use breqn package for automatic equation line breaking.
   4. Bug ID 016259 reported
here<http://groups.google.com/group/farsilatex/browse_thread/thread/175660b3e84f13aa?hl=fa>have
been fixed and hence the bug report is being closed.
   5. Two new commands \RTLthanks and \LTRthanks similar to \thanks are
   introduced.
