I get (in tcsh):

	pete 321 /\ xelatex This\ File
	This is XeTeXk, Version 3.1415926-2.2-0.999.6 (Web2C 7.5.7)
	 %&-line parsing enabled.
	entering extended mode
	(./This File.tex
	LaTeX2e <2005/12/01>
	...
	(/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/tex/latex/hyperref/hdvipdfm.def)
(./This File.aux) (/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/tex/latex/
hyperref/nameref.sty (/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/tex/latex/
oberdiek/refcount.sty)) (./This File.out)
	(./This File.out) [1] (./This File.aux) )
(see the transcript file for additional information)
Output written on This File.pdf (1 page).

And here with TL '09:

	pete 229 /\ xelatex This\ File
This is XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.2-0.9995.0 (TeX Live 2009)
	 restricted \write18 enabled.
	entering extended mode
	(./This File.tex
	LaTeX2e <2005/12/01>
	...
	(/usr/local/texlive/2009/texmf-dist/tex/latex/hyperref/hdvipdfm.def)
(./This File.aux) (/usr/local/texlive/2009/texmf-dist/tex/latex/
hyperref/nameref.sty (/usr/local/texlive/2009/texmf-dist/tex/latex/
oberdiek/refcount.sty)) (./This File.out) (./This File.out) [1] (./
This File.aux) )
(see the transcript file for additional information)
Output written on This File.pdf (1 page).
	Transcript written on This File.log.
	pete 230 /\ ls -l `which xelatex`
	lrwxrwxrwx 1 root wheel 5 2 Sep 11:21 /usr/local/texlive/2009/
bin/universal-darwin/xelatex -> xetex
	pete 231 /\ ls -l `which xetex`
	-rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 16999964 28 Aug 02:08 /usr/local/texlive/
2009/bin/universal-darwin/xetex

An intel bug? In last millennium intel processors had more bugs than
I hair on my head. I mean, then, not in 2009. And I am on Tiger.
