[XeTeX] Multi-paragraph footnotes in xepersian

Wonderfull! That is clearly a bug of bidi. But sadly at the moment I am very
busy to have time to fix that. The earliest time that I can work on it and
fix that,  is late November. Sorry for the disappointment and thanks for
your bug report.
