[XeTeX] \XeTeXinterchartoks to hyphenate polytonic Greek?

Hi there,

there is a question I wanted to ask to the list about how to enable
automatic hyphenation (and even font switch) for polytonic Greek.

My texts contain mainly Spanish text with some words or quotes in
ancient Greek. The issue here is that I have to mark all Greek texts
with \greektext{...} or something similar.

I don't know whether it would be possible to instruct
\XeTeXinterchartoks easily to automagically hyphenate ancient Greek (or
even switch font if necessary).

I read the XeTeX reference, but I'm afraid I don't understand whether
\XeTeXinterchartoks is the right way to go. Could anyone provide me with
a code sample?
