[XeTeX] Big symbols and delimiters not expanding

Something occurred to me that I forgot to ask you off-list. What 
version of xpdfdvimx do you have? And how was it installed?

With TL'08 I've got v0.7.3 and with TL'09 I've got v0.7.8 (via `xdvipdfmx -h`).
