[XeTeX] Charis SIL and omicron

Dear All,

I am using Charis SIL, version 4.106 on a Linux machine with:

XeTeX 3.1415926-2.2-0.999.6 (Web2C 7.5.7)
kpathsea version 3.5.7
Copyright 2008 SIL International.

Today I noticed the following message at the end of the compilation if I used
an omicron in my text:

** WARNING ** Invalid CMap mapping entry. (ignored)

The resulting PDF has only empty boxes instead of the intended omicron (see
attached). A minimal example:

\documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{article}

\usepackage{xltxtra}

\setmainfont[Mapping=tex-text]{Charis SIL}
% \setromanfont[Mapping=tex-text]{Linux Libertine O}

\begin{document}
The Greek capital letter omicron Ο, \textit{Ο} and its small version ο,
\textit{ο}. A test with Δ δ, also in italics \emph{Δ δ}. And more: Θ θ Γ γ.

\end{document}

Can you reproduce this problem? What is going on?

Thanks,
Arash
