[XeTeX] Change font metric?

Pardon the question, but then why not just use U+2019 in your source? 
That's usually the reason we use XeTeX rather than plain TeX - it 
understands unicode in TeX source just fine =)

If you have the choice between "using the right character" and "messing 
with font metrics to fake the right styling"... usually a good idea to 
go with using the right character, instead.
