[XeTeX] book size options --- help

Yeah, I hear you. I started out (a few days ago) with Plain TeX and
mostly got it to do what I want. But then I needed some stuff from the
LaTeX color package. So I started using LaTeX's book class. But that
turned out to be a pain so finally I bit the bullet and started
wrestling with memoir. Now I've mostly got it beaten into submission,
at least for the needs of this book.
