Howdy,

And here's one that removes the extra vertical spacing:

\newenvironment{BlockIndent}{\list{}%
    {\setlength{\listparindent}{\parindent}%
     \setlength{\itemindent}{\listparindent}%
     \setlength{\topsep}{0pt}}%
     \item[]\relax}
{\endlist}
