Sorry I came in late in this thread.
You only need unicode-math.sty, unicode-math-add.tex, and unicode-math.tex.

These are all directly accessible at:
  <http://github.com/wspr/unicode-math/tree/master>

I'm going to be deleting this project from the XeTeX SVN repository 
soon; not to indicate renewed work on the project; rather to get it out 
of the way a little bit. (GitHub is very nice, as well.) There's a lot 
I have to get done before I can start working on it again, 
unfortunately.
