[XeTeX] [XeLaTeX] includegraphics problem

Try adding the extension ==>>  \hfil\includegraphics{Fig.eps}

That worked for me on file with .eps extension.

Also, it might be better to use:
\usepackage{graphicx}
instead of {graphics}
