[XeTeX] Certain ligatures in Adobe Garamond Premier Pro

I do not understand what you mean by this but when opening this
font with FontForge I see a "'dlig' Discretionary Ligatures in Latin lookup 35 subtable"
that contains c_k <- c k and c_h <- c h.
