[XeTeX] A Bidi Query

Does anyone know that "how can I change tabularx.sty default behaviour so it
typesets the columns from right to left instead left to right" ?

I have attached the tex file and its pdf output. So for the table at the
bottom, I want columns to be typeset from right to left and not from left to
right. I have tried my best but could not come up with a solution.
