[XeTeX] cannot get Hoefler text to work with XeTeX

  OK, let's rephrase it :-)

  If you're on Mac OS X and wish to use the system's Hoefler Text font
with lining figures in place of the default old-style figures, toggle
fontspec's [Numbers=Lining] option (with either of \setromanfont,
\fontspec, etc.)

  In all the other cases, look for the oak tree in the front garden.
