[XeTeX] Unicode hyphenation patterns

  Indeed, they were included exactly one year ago.  Today's update is
only one of many, modifying only the German “experimental” patterns, as
it is.

  And let's not forget that you already provided a solution for that
problem, Jonathan, two years earlier; at any rate I haven't experienced
the problem Mike mentions since TeX Live 2007.

  hyph-utf8 :-)

  Hopefully so.  In any case, it certainly shouldn't be necessary to
convert the patterns.
