[XeTeX] About Chinese in XeTeX

This is a collection of macro packages from various sources
contributed by many Chinese TeX users.

There is also a site called http://code.google.com/p/ctex-doc (for
documentation).

We will submit the stuff to CTAN, and hope that it can be included in
TeXLive 2009.
