[XeTeX] bidi and hyperref in XeTeX (was: bidi package abilities and lshort in Persia)

I do not have that problem. Maybe you are using a PDF reader that behaves
strangely. I have tried viewing this in acroread 9.1.2 and there was no
problem on any footnote link and it did not go to the first page.

Sure but believe me or not that is all that can be done with macro
programming. After all it is better than nothing.

I already told Jonathan about it. Good luck with it but I actually have no
hope that Jonathan would fix the issue inside XeTeX engine by either adding
more primitives or fixing TeX--XeT algorithm.
