That would be great. Best would be two independent tests:
- one installing texlive *WITHOUT* collection-xetex, then call
  tlmgr install collection-xetex and test whether it works
- one installing collection-xetex already initially

This way it would test both the installer code and the tlmgr code (which
are unfortunately still different).
