[XeTeX] Letterspace problem

Dear Will,
Your example works fine. The problem I have, though, happens with URLs.
E.g.,

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\usepackage{url} % also with hyperref
\begin{document}
\setmonofont[LetterSpace=100]{Lucida Sans Typewriter Std}
My email is: \url{myemail at server.com <url%7Bmyemail at server.com>}
\end{document}

Any ideas?
