[XeTeX] Unicode XeTeX Editor for Windows

This is interesting. Do you just need:
TeXworksW32-r238.zip        TeXworks for Windows (XP/Vista) - pre-release
snapshot from svn r.238

Or do you also need:
TeXworksW32-libs-20080714.zip     TeXworks for Windows (XP/Vista) - required
libraries

???
