How about this:

	\setromanfont[ItalicFont={HiraMinPro-W3:+ital},BoldItalicFont= 
{HiraMinPro-W6:+ital},BoldFont={HiraMinPro-W6}]{HiraMinPro-W3}

There doesn't seem to be another way to use all four variants of this  
font in Mac OS X ...
