[XeTeX] Bug report \XeLaTeX and \XeTeX logos

I'm not entirely sure what's happening. I have just finished a package that
overhauls the logo mechanism in xltxtra, CTAN will have it in a couple of
days, and it will soon replace what's in xltxtra. I don't have the time to
test it now, but I'll see what happens when I use my package.
