[XeTeX] Japanese title in a MusiXTeX sheet

Hi and Happy New Year 2009!

I usually transcribe sheet music in PMX, it generates a MusiXTeX file  
that I can compile into a PDF sheet.
I wanted to put a Japanese title to a sheet. XeTeX seemed the best way  
to do that. I installed XeTeX 0.995.

But now I have a problem with the fonts. When I do:

xetex --output-driver='xdvipdfmx -q -E' foo.tex

I get:
