[XeTeX] WinShell Program Calls for TeXLive 2008

As others have mentioned, you do need to call xelatex.exe instead of 
xetex.exe.

Also you only need a PDF viewer since xe(la)tex produces PDF output 
directly.
The obvious choice here is Adobe Reader, but it has the drawback that it 
locks the PDF file while you view it, so before you can compile your 
document again you have to close the viewer, which is annoying and time 
consuming.
An alternative is SumatraPDF, which is a lightweight and quite fast PDF 
viewer.
