[XeTeX] SPOTCOLOR in XeTeX

You can post-process the .pdf afterwards using Enfocus PitStop to  
assign the required spot colours, or use the old printing fallback of  
100% cyan == spot colour FOO.

If it's only regular repeating elements / reversed out text which need  
to be coloured you could prepare such elements in advance using a tool  
which supports spot colours, then place those using XeTeX, then  
overprint the solid area w/ white XeTeX text to knock it out.
