[XeTeX] xelatex Problem with Unfound Font

I presume on Ubuntu there is more than one way to "install" a font.  
And Ubuntu has two font management systems: one on the server side  
(X11, fontpath), and one on the client side (libfontconfig, fc-*  
commands).

So locate where the Optima fonts are "installed," tell this  
libfontconfig (it has some configuration files, all named fonts.conf,  
spread over the system, or .fonts.conf in your home directory), run  
privately or as super-user fc-cache (best with -v), and then check  
again with fc-list.

There should also exist the document fontconfig-user.html (or in PDF).
